Grill someone happy! You can pan-fry these if you don’t have a grill. Serve these either as a main dish or in a bun topped with lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. I usually don’t need to add bread crumbs to the mixture.

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley (or 2 tsp

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic, parsley and onion through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add salmon chunks and process just until minced and slightly pasty, 18 to 20 seconds, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Add mayonnaise, mustard (if using), salt and pepper; process briefly to combine. If necessary, add bread crumbs to bind mixture.
