A terrific substitute for sour cream! If the mixture is too thick after processing, add a little water.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups small-curd cottage cheese (1%)

Method

Process cottage cheese using the steel blade for 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate.
