Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250 g) chilled cheddar cheese (low-fat or regular) (2 cups grated)

Method

Grater: Grate cheese, using light pressure. Empty into sprayed 7- × 11-inch glass baking dish.

Steel Blade: Tear bread into chunks and drop through feed tube while machine is running. Process to make soft bread crumbs. Add to cheese and mix well. Spread evenly in baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter (if using). Process remaining ingredients for 5 seconds. Immediately po
