I usually have bagels in my freezer, canned salmon in my pantry and broccoli in my refrigerator. This calcium-packed dish makes a wonderful brunch dish for a crowd. To make half the recipe, Bake it for 45 to 50 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 bagels, cut in bite-sized pieces (about 8 cups)
  • 2 cans ( oz

Method

Spray a 3-quart oblong or oval casserole with nonstick spray. Spread bagel pieces evenly in casserole. Spread salmon over bagels.

Rinse broccoli, leaving some water clinging to the florets. Microwave, covered, on High for 5 minutes. Cool slightly, then spoon over salmon layer.

Grater: Grate cheese, using medium pressure. Sprinkle evenly over broccoli layer.
