This easy, crustless pie can also be used for Passover.

Ingredients

  • ½ medium onion
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/300 g)

Method

Steel Blade: Process onion and spinach until minced. Add remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and process until blended, 10 to 15 seconds. Place in sprayed 9-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 30 minutes
