Ingredients

  • 3 large onions, cut in chunks
  • 3 or 4 cloves garlic

Method

Slicer: Slice onions, using medium pressure. Place in bottom of sprayed roasting pan.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Process for a few seconds, just until blended. Spread mixture over meat on all sides. (Can be prepared up to this point
