Method

Place meat in large mixing bowl.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Process vegetables in batches until minced. Add to mixing bowl along with remaining ingredients; mix lightly to blend. Stuff meat or poultry just before cooking.
