Place ribs in a single layer on broiling rack. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil on both sides until brown. Drain on paper towels. Cut into individual ribs and place in sprayed 2-quart casserole.
Steel Blade: Drop ginger and garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process a few seconds, until mixed. Pour over ribs.
