  • 8 strips short ribs (flanken or Miami ribs)
  • 3 cloves garlic

Method

Arrange ribs in a single layer in sprayed 9- × 13-inch baking dish.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Pour sauce over meat, cover and marinate 1 to 2 hours or up to 24 hours in refrigerator, basting occasionally.
