  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ small onion

Method

For meatballs: Process garlic and onion on the steel blade until minced, 6 to 8 seconds. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients for meatballs and mix lightly to blend.

Shape into 1-inch balls, moistening your hands for easier handling. Place on sprayed baking sheet and bake in preheated 400°F
