I often double the meatball mixture of this recipe, but not the sauce. You can also use leftover cooked chicken or turkey.
For meatballs: Process onion on the steel blade until minced, about 8 seconds. Add remaining meatball ingredients. Process with several on/off pulses, just until mixed. Shape into small meatballs, wetting your hands for easier handling.
