Serve this over rice, couscous or quinoa as a main course. These can also be made with ground veal or turkey.
For meatballs: Place minced chicken in large mixing bowl. Process garlic, onion and potato on the steel blade until minced, 8 to 10 seconds. Add eggs, salt and pepper and process a few seconds longer. Add to chicken along with crumbs. Mix well.
