  • 2 chickens, each cut in 8 pieces (3 lb/1.4 kg each)

Method

Place chicken pieces in single layer in large sprayed roasting pan.

Steel Blade: Process orange juice, brown sugar and barbecue sauce until blended, 10 to 15 seconds. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake in preheated 350°F oven 1 hour. Uncove
