  • About

Barbecued chicken will cook without scorching and be very juicy if you precook it first in the microwave.

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 lb chicken pieces (2.3 to 2.7 kg)
  • 2 cloves garlic

Method

Place chicken in nonreactive dish.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process until blended, 2 or 3 seconds longer.

Pour marinade over chicken. Rub well to coat on all sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours, turning chicken over once or twice. Pa
