Ingredients

  • lb (1.6 kg) chicken, cut in 8 pieces
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method

Place chicken pieces in large sprayed roasting pan and sprinkle with paprika, mustard, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add onion and process with 3 or 4 quick on/off pulses, until coarsely chopped. Rub onion and garlic over chicken. Let stand at least half an hour for maximum flavor
