Ginger and garlic combine perfectly with maple syrup for an easy, tasty chicken dish. Great for company!

Ingredients

  • 8 single chicken breasts, with bone (or 2 chickens, cut up)
  • 5 or 6 cloves garlic

Method

Remove skin from chicken. Arrange in a single layer in large, sprayed, nonreactive casserole or roasting pan.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic and ginger through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add maple syrup, soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil and cayenne. Process until blended, about 10 seconds. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and marinate for 1 hour or up
