  • 4 lb (1.8 kg) chicken pieces
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method

Rub chicken pieces with paprika, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place skin side down in large sprayed casserole or roasting pan. Do not add any liquids. Roast, uncovered, in preheated 400°F oven for 20 minutes, then turn skin side up and
