Gluten-free, easy and delicious!
Slicer: Cut carrots to fit feed tube. Slice, using firm pressure.
Combine boiling water, salt and jam in a saucepan. Add carrots, cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Remove cover and, if necessary, let liquid boil down to a depth of ½ inch. Add marshmallows and lemon juice and stir until dissolved.
