If using a combination of wild and cultivated mushrooms, substitute olive oil and balsamic vinegar for margarine and lemon juice.

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Heat margarine in a large nonstick skillet. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium heat.
