This is ideal for the Jewish high holidays, when honey and carrots are always on the menu at my house!

Ingredients

Method

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Peel and trim vegetables; cut in large chunks or wedges to fit feed tube.

Steel Blade: Drop ginger through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced.
