  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 Tbsp margarine<

Method

Cut a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, or use a double-thickness of regular-strength foil.

Slicer: Cut potatoes and onions to fit feed tube. Slice, using medium pressure. Place on foil, making a layer Β½ inch thick. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
