Method

Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions (or microwave fresh broccoli on High, allowing 5 to 6 minutes per lb). Drain well.

Steel Blade: Process onion until minced. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add eggs and broccoli and process until finely chopped, about 20 seconds. Add matzo meal or cracker crumbs, salt and pepper; process a few seconds longer, until smooth.
