  • ½ of a 12 oz (375 g) pkg fine noodles

Method

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and return to saucepan.

Steel Blade: Process eggs with onion until blended, about 10 seconds. Add to noodles. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Drop noodle mixture by large spoonfuls into hot oil to form pancakes. Brown on medium heat on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining batte
