Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, halved
  • 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, halved

Method

Slicer: Slice onion and peppers, using medium pressure. Transfer to mixing bowl. Cut florets from broccoli and add to onion and peppers. Slice stems, using medium pressure. Add to vegetables.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add hoisin, soy sauce, honey, orange juice and cayenne. Process a few seconds longer, until
