  • 2 medium onions, halved
  • 1 green and 1 red bell pepper, halved

Method

Slicer: Slice onions and peppers, using medium pressure. Repeat with mushrooms, using light pressure. Pat dry with paper towels; set aside in a mixing bowl.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add garlic and snow peas or sugar snap peas to mixing bowl.

Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry
