  • 2 lb (1 kg) cooked leftover chicken or meat (about 4 cups)

Method

Steel Blade: Cut chicken or meat in 1½-inch chunks. Process half the chicen until minced, 6 to 8 seconds. Add half of remaining ingredients and process 3 or 4 seconds longer, until mixed. Empty bowl and repeat with remaining ingredients.
