Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, cut in chunks
  • 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, cut in chunks

Method

Steel Blade: Process onions and bell peppers with 4 or 5 quick on/off pulses, until coarsely chopped. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Sauté onions and peppers on medium-high heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Process mushrooms with quick on/off pulses, until coarsely chopped. Add to skillet and sauté 3 or 4 minutes longer.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package direction
