Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh dill, loosely packed
  • 4 English cucumbers, unpeeled
  • 1 to 2 tsp

Method

Steel Blade: Process dill until minced, 6 to 8 seconds. Remove from bowl and reserve. (If your processor comes with nested bowls, mince dill in mini-bowl.)

Slicer: Cut cucumbers to fit feed tube. Slice, using medium pressure. Transfer to a colander, sprinkle with salt and mix well. Weigh down cucumbers with a heavy plate and let drain for half an hour. Press to remove exce
