This is one of the few salad recipes where the lettuce is shredded on the slicing disc instead of being torn into small pieces by hand.

Ingredients

  • 4 green onions, cut in chunks
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 head

Method

Steel Blade: Drop green onions and dill through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced.

Slicer: Cut lettuce in wedges; discard core. Slice lettuce, bell pepper, cucumber and radishes, using medium pressure. Empty bowl as necessary. Combine all ingredients in large serving bowl and toss gently to mix. Best served immediately.
