  • 1 pkg (10 oz/300 g) fresh spinach (or baby spinach can be substituted)

Method

Trim tough stems from spinach leaves. Wash and dry thoroughly. Tear into bite-sized pieces if using large spinach leaves. Place in large bowl. Prepare salad dressing as directed and set aside.

Slicer: Slice bell peppers, green onions and radishes, using medium pressure. Add to spinach.

Grater: Grate carrots, using medium pressure. Add to spinach along with sprouts.
