Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil or canola oil
  • ¼

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. (If using a mini-prep, process garlic directly in bowl.) Scrape down sides of bowl, add remaining ingredients and process until blended, about 5 seconds.
