You can make this one quickly too in a mini-prep. For Passover, do not use canola oil.
Steel Blade: Drop garlic, parsley and basil through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. (If using a mini-prep, process garlic, parsley and basil directly in bowl.) Add remaining ingredients and process until blended. Refrigerate.
