This is wonderful on salad greens or roasted vegetables, or as a marinade for chicken or salmon. You can process all the ingredients in a mini-prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • cup

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic and parsley through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. (If using a mini-prep, process garlic and parsley directly in bowl.) Add remaining ingredients and process for 8 to 10 seconds to blend.
