Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 large cloves garlic
  • 4 oz (125 g) chilled low-fat mozzarella or brick cheese<

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Cut mozzarella or brick cheese in 1-inch chunks. Process until finely chopped, 20 to 25 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process until combined, about 15 seconds longer.
