Method

Heat milk or water until steaming, about 45 seconds on High in the microwave. Let cool for 5 minutes, until lukewarm. Meanwhile, dissolve 1 tsp sugar in ½ cup warm water. Sprinkle yeast overtop and let stand for 8 to 10 minutes, until foamy. Stir to dissolve.
