What a wonderful way to eat your veggies! This dough is also excellent for Focaccia.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)

Method

In a measuring cup, dissolve 1 tsp sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over and let stand for 8 to 10 minutes, until foamy. Stir to dissolve.

Grater: Grate vegetables, using medium pressure. Transfer to measuring cup. You need about 1½ cups of vegetables.

Steel Blade or Dough Blade: (Use dough cycle if machine has one.) Place flour, oil, salt, remaining 1 tsp sugar
