These “wheels” are a favorite of my grandson Max. They’re perfect for a lunchbox. For a cute party presentation, serve them on wooden skewers. Fun buns!

Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 cups flour (part whole wheat can be used)
  • 2 tsp instant or bread machine yeast

Method

Steel Blade or Dough Blade: (Use dough cycle if your machine has one.) Place flour, yeast and salt in processor. Process for 6 to 8 seconds to combine. While machine is running, slowly drizzle water and oil through feed tube directly over flour mixture. Continue processing until dough gathers together and forms a mass around the blades. If dough seems dry, add 1 to 2 Tbsp water. Let mach
