This versatile dough has become a favorite with families all over the world! It’s wonderful for cinnamon buns, Danish or your favorite sweet yeast breads.
In a measuring cup, dissolve 1 tsp sugar in ¼ cup warm water. Sprinkle yeast overtop and let stand for 8 to 10 minutes, until foamy. Stir to dissolve. Meanwhile, heat milk until steaming (about 30 to 40 seconds in the microwave). Let cool for 5 minutes, until lukewarm.
