This sweet, buttery yeast bread is delicious toasted and topped with jam. Leftovers make fabulous French toast or bread pudding!

Method

In a measuring cup, dissolve 1 tsp sugar in warm milk. Sprinkle yeast over and let stand for 8 to 10 minutes, until foamy. Stir to dissolve.
