None of my taste testers could guess the mystery ingredient! This is a wonderful way to use broccoli stems. If you don’t have enough broccoli, add grated carrots. Use the florets in your favorite stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • cups flour (part whole wheat can be used)

Method

Steel Blade: Process flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt for 5 to 10 seconds, until blended. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Grater: Grate broccoli, using medium pressure. Measure 1 cup loosely packed and set aside.
