Ingredients

  • 1 cup plus 3 Tbsp flour
  • ¾ cup cornmeal

Method

Steel Blade: Process flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt until blended, about 5 seconds. Empty bowl.

Cut orange in quarters. Process on steel blade for 20 seconds. Add sugar and margarine or butter and process for 1 minute. Add egg and milk through feed tube while machine is running. Process for 3 seconds. Add dry ingredients. Process, using 3 or 4 quick on/off pulses, just u
