When you’re in a blue mood, these will make you “berry” happy! Try using a combination of blueberries and raspberries.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tub margarine or butter, cut in chunks
  • ¾ cup sugar

Method

steel blade: Process margarine or butter, sugar and eggs for 2 minutes, scraping down bowl once or twice. Do not insert pusher in feed tube. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar-milk mixture. Add through feed tube while machine is running and process for 3 seconds. Add flour and baking powder. Process with 3 or 4 quick on/off pulses, just until flour disappears.
