“Oat” cuisine made easy!
steel blade: Process flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt until blended, about 5 seconds. Transfer to large mixing bowl. Place oats and sour milk or buttermilk in processor and let stand 2 or 3 minutes. Add egg, sugar and oil; process for 10 seconds. Add to flour mixture along with raisins. Stir with a wooden spoon just enough to moisten.
