Ingredients

  • 14 to 16 apples, peeled, quartered and cored
  • ⅓ to ½ cup sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 tsp

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Slicer: Slice apples, using medium pressure. Place in sprayed 9- x 13-inch glass baking dish, filling it nearly to the top. (Apples will shrink during baking.) Sprinkle with ⅓ to ½ cup sugar and cinnamon and mix well; spread evenly in pan.
