I love anything made with cinnamon! This cake contains no baking powder; baking soda is the leavening agent. It is delicious frosted with Cinnamon Frosting.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tub margarine or butter, cut in chunks

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Steel Blade: Process margarine or butter with 1¼ cups sugar, eggs and egg whites for 2 minutes. Do not insert pusher in feed tube. Add yogurt and process for 3 seconds. Add flour, baking soda and brandy or rum. Process with 4 quick on/off pulses, j
