This dark and shiny glaze is true decadence! It’s fabulous on cakes, tortes and brownies.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whipping cream (35%)
  • 8 oz (250 g) chilled sem

Method

Microwave whipping cream, uncovered, on High for 1½ minutes, until almost boiling.

Steel Blade: Process chocolate with several on/off pulses, then let machine run until chocolate is finely ground, about 30 seconds. Pour hot cream through feed tube while machine is running. Process until chocolate is melted. Blend in liqueur.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, until coo
