  • 1 peppermint candy cane (about cup crushed candy)
  • 3 cups brown sugar

Method

Steel Blade: Break peppermint candy into 1-inch pieces. Start machine and drop candy through feed tube while machine is running. Process for a few seconds, until coarsely crushed. (It will be very noisy.) Empty bowl and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients and process until smooth and blended, 10 to 12 seconds, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Delicious on chocolate
