Ingredients: 2 cups brown sugar; ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder; 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder; 1 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder; 1 cup soft butter, cut in chunks; 2 to 3 Tbsp milk (1%) or cream; 2 to 3 Tbsp milk (1%) or cream; 1 Tbsp boiling water; ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

Method

Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Process all ingredients on steel blade until smooth and blended, 15 to 20 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl once or twice.
