  • 2 cups chilled whipping cream
  • ¼ cup granulated or icing sugar

Method

Steel Blade: Place a heavy book under back part of processor base so machine is tipped forward. Whip cream until texture of sour cream, about 35 seconds. Do not insert pusher in feed tube. Add sugar and process about 10 seconds longer, or until stiff. Do not overprocess. (See Whipping Cream in the Smart Chart.)
