Genie’s Icing

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 cup

Steel Blade: Place sugar and cornstarch in processor. Add milk through feed tube while machine is running. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring often, until mixture comes to a boil. Cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and cover surface of mixture with waxed paper. Cool thoroughly.
